BERTHA A. ROBISON

Bertha B. Robison, daughter of Jonathan W. and Nancy A. Anthony Parsons, was born September 26, 1892 near Douds and departed this life Wednesday, April 15, 1981 at Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield at the age of 88.

On November 24, 1920, she married Roy A. Robison. They lived near Birmingham until moving to their present farm home in Davis County west of Milton in 1933. Remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, Roy, two sons, LeRoy of Pulaski and his wife Dorothy and Wayne of Milton and his wife Virginia, three grandchildren, Danny Robison, Des Moines, Connie Moore, Pulaski, and Lyla Bedkins, Chariton, five great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. An infant son preceded her in death, and she was the last of a family of eight children.

Mrs. Robison attended the Milton United Methodist Church and will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother, a good neighbor and friend.

Friends services were held Saturday, April 18, 1981 at 1:30 p.m. at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with Rev. Harold Harryman officiating. Pallbearers were Keith Hill, Paul Pierce, Jim and John Barker, Charles Moore and Ed Bedkins. Interment was in Maple Hill Cemetery at Birmingham. A memorial was established for the Milton United Methodist Church.
