THOMAS P. TSCHANTZ

The graveside service for Thomas P. Tschantz, 54, 121 W. 10th, who died Tuesday at Ransom Memorial Hospital, will be at 12:30 p.m., Friday at Wadsworth National Cemetery. Rev. John Wade will officiate.

Tschantz was born Feb. 17, 1929, at Iowa City, Iowa. He lived at Ottawa 24 years, employed as a stockman at Ottawa Wholesale. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran War. He was a member of Pentacostal Church of God, San Berdino, Calif.

On Feb. 10, 1952, he married Anna Mae Downs at Waterloo, Ore. She survives. Other survivors include three daughters, Hazel DeHay, Ottawa; Lynda Mae Gary, Salt Lake City, Utah, and Clara Standing Cloud, Emporia; three sons, Thomas P. Tschantz Jr., Lawrence; Timothy P. Tschantz, Boise, Idaho, and Roger Allen Tschantz, Salt Lake City, Utah, and 17 grandchildren.
