Opal Kayser

AGENCY - Opal M. Kayser, 78, of Agency Dec. 12, 1987, at Ottumwa Regional Health Center, 1001 E. Pennsylvania.

She was born Nov. 30, 1909, in Mercer County, Mo., to P.D. and Clara M. Underwood Davis. She had lived in Missouri until 1932, when she moved first to Van Wert, then Milton, Fairfield and finally to a farm north of Agency. She married Otto Kayser Feb. 7, 1931, in Trenton, Mo. He died Nov. 1, 1980.

She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Clow and Phyllis Knapp of Agency; a son, George of Agency; 10 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a sister, O. Jan Westlake of Bethany, Mo.

The service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Agency United Methodist Church, the Rev. Dale Gray officiating. Burial will be in Agency Cemetery.

Visitation will be open at Campbell Funeral Home in Eldon.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
