EARL ROY HILL

Funeral services for Earl Roy Hill were held Tuesday, Jan. 13 at the Christian Church in Milton, with James D. McKean, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Sunnyside Cemetery.

He was born on June 30, 1888, the son of Isaac and Sue Ann Davison Hill. On Feb.2, 1908, he was married to Maude Hootman, who died May 3, 1918. He married Inez Bentley on April 17, 1919, and she survives.

Mr. Hill was a member of the Pulaski Christian Church. He was a farmer and had lived about 35 years in the Milton community with the exception of a few years they had lived near Mediapolis, Ia.

Beside his wife, he is survived by two sons, Wayne of Mason City and Keith of Milton; four daughters, Mrs. Anna Black of Milton, Florence Ledger of Drayton Plains, Mich., Wilma Heller of Newhall and Joan Hopkins of Kansas City; 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.
