Few days ago J. D. Hornby died at Logan Iowa. About 2 months ago. Married Miss Sarah Brown in 1867 who died a number of years ago leaving 2 daughters, Mrs. Charles Yates & Mrs. Clara Townsend. Mr. Hornby taught school in early sixties in VB Co. Also at Bentensport.
