Mrs. Velma Billups

Mrs. Velma Billups, 66, of Keokuk, died unexpectedly at 8:45 A.M. Tuesday, at home. The funeral will be Friday at 2 P.M. in the Greaves Mortuary in Keokuk.

She was a sister of Mrs. Arden Gray of Bonaparte and Donald Hufford of Farmington.
