MRS. EVA L. KELLEY

The funeral service for Mrs. Eva L. Kelley, 75, of Keokuk, formerly of Farmington, was held Monday at 2 p.m. in the Farmington Baptist Church with the Rev. Ronald Cochran officiating. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery, Farmingt0n. Miller's Home for Funerals, Farmington, was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Kelley died Saturday, Oct. 19, at 8:30 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Martha Brombaugh of Keokuk following a lengthy illness.

She was born Nov. 23, 1892, in Farmington, the daughter of Emile and Sarah Flesher Ponte.

She lived in Farmington until 1960 when she moved to Keokuk. She was a member of the Baptist Church.

On Sept. 27, 1911, she married Rex D. Kelley. He died in 1956.

She is survived by 2 sons, Ivan of Tulsa, Okla. and Albert Dale of Farmington; 3 daughters, Mrs. Melvin (Christina) Hufford and Mrs. Martha Brombaugh, both of Keokuk, Mrs. Frances Daniels of Douds; and one sister, Mrs. Arthur Stevens of Des Moines; 16 grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, Edward, and 2 grandchildren.
