MRS. W.B. WELCH

Mrs. Charlotte Welch, 87, Keosauqua, died Sunday morning, July 17 at Van Buren County Memorial hospital, a day short of her 88th birthday.

She was born July 18, 1878, near Stockport, the daughter of Ira B. and Holly Robinson Day. Dec. 31, 1902, she married W.B. Welch. She was a member of the Methodist church.

Surviving are her husband, a patient at the hospital; a daughter, Mrs. George Stevens of Holland, Mich.; a granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. Georgia D. Robertson, Capistrano, Calif. and Frances E. Day of Santa Anna, Calif.

Services were held Tuesday, July 19 at 2 p.m. at the Keosauqua Methodist church. Rev. Aldreth V. Weigel and Rev. Herbert Phillips officiated. Burial . . . . . . .
