MARGARET E. MILLER

FARMINGTON - Margaret Elizabeth Miller, 77, of Farmington, died Thursday at 7 a.m. at her home.

She was born July 7, 1899, at Danville to Henry and Mary Hulsebus Frerichs. On March 15, 1918, she married Frank Leon Miller at Danville. They moved from Mount Pleasant to Farmington in 1957.

A retired schoolteacher, she was a member of the Farmington United Methodist Church and its United Methodist Women, the Garden Club, the American Legion Auxiliary and a past member of the library board.

Surviving are her widower; two daughters, Janet Bell of Mount Pleasant and Joyce Wischmeier of San Antonio, Tex.; two sons, Lee of El Cajon, Calif., and Dale of Godalming, England; two brothers, Robert Frerichs of Denver, Colo., and Herbert Frerichs of Miami, Fla.; two sisters, Esther Martin of Alliance, Neb., and Ruth Frerichs of San Antonio, Tex.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

The body is at Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. A graveside service will be Monday at 2 p.m. in Jagger Cemetery at Danville. The Rev. Scott Holmes will officiate.

A memorial has been established payable to the Farmington Library.
