ROCK FUNERAL

ELDON - The service for Jennie P. Rock, 86, of Eldon, who died Monday, will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Campbell Funeral Home. The Rev. William Huffman will officiate, and burial will be in Eldon Cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home tonight beginning at 7 o'clock.

Mrs. Rock was born March 19, 1891, in Kilbourne, Iowa, to Oscar and Jenie Stong Hootman. She lived in Eldon most of her life.

Her husband, William Rock, preceded her in death.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Mary Samples of Seattle, Wash., and Mrs. Alberta Witte of Moline, Ill.; one son, Oscar of Chicago; 14 grandchildren; a half sister, Mrs. Marguerite Russell of Minneapolis, Minn.; and two half brothers, Leslie Hootman of North Hollywood, Calif., and Krist Hootman of Rock Island, Ill.
