Miss Minnie House was born June 1, 1874 and after a brief illness passed away at the home of her uncle, L. Tompkins, Dec. 12, 1900 aged 26 years, 6 months and 11 days.

Miss House was a most estimable young lady who had the genuine respect of all who knew her and will be sadly missed by a large circle of friends.

She was converted during the revival meetings held at the Baptist church in Farmington last January, but had not united with any church. "Her sun is gone down while it is yet day."

Funeral services were held at the family residence Friday afternoon, 14th inst., conducted by Elder Thos. Ratcliffe. Interment was made in Thompson's cemetery.
