Hannah M. Klingler

BONAPARTE - Mrs. Hannah M. Klingler, 75, of Bonaparte died Sunday at 2 a.m. at her home.

She was born July 2, 1900, at Kahoka, Mo., to Lewis and Kathryn Kirchner Muhrer, and married Carl H. Klingler June 17, 1924, at Kahoka. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of christ at Donnellson.

She was a former schoolteacher and had taught at Clark County, Mo., and Charleston, Iowa.

Surviving are her widower; one son, Eldred of Bonaparte; two daughters, Mrs. Lester Gardner of Iowa City and Mrs. Herbert Evans of Quincy, Ill.; one brother, Orlando Muhrer of Kahoka; three sisters, Mrs. William Renz of Donnellson, Mrs. Earl Hunziker of Kahoka and Mrs. Claude Kintner of Carrollton, Mo.; and two grandchildren.

The service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at St. Paul United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Donald Stoll officiating. Burial will be officiating. Burial will be in Evangelical Cemetery in Donnellson.

A memorial has been established payable to the church. Contributions may be left at Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home in Donnellson.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
