George D. Robison

CANTRIL - George D. Robison, 61, died Saturday at his home in rural Cantril. He was a farmer.

He was born in Stockport Feb. 7, 1914, to William A. and Cora E. Fickel Robison. His wife, Florence Foster Robison, died in 1956.

Surviving are two sons, Raymond and Leonard, both of Cantril; two daughters, Mrs. Janice Jedkins of San Francisco and Arlett Robison of Davenport; his mother, of Fairfield; three grandchildren; one brother, Carroll of Branson, Mo.; and one sister, Mrs. Marge Perry of Perry.

The service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Cantril United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jerry Caughron and the Rev. Herbert DeMello officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.

The body is Burch Funeral Home in Birmingham.

Donors may make memorial contributions to the charities of their choice.
