Mrs. Mary J. Ware, 70, Farmington, died unexpectedly at 2:52 p.m. Thursday, October 2, at Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua.
She was born February 1, 1905, in Czechoslovakia, the daughter of John and Mary Pavlak Vojt. She married Lee Ware, March 27, 1937, at Keosauqua. She had been a resident of Farmington for 38 years.
Surviving: The husband; one brother, Florion, in Czechoslovakia.
Funeral services were held Saturday, October 4, at 1 p.m. at the Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington, with the Rev. Scott Holmes officiating. Burial was in the McDaniel cemetery.
