MRS. HELEN JAMESON
Mrs. Helen D. Jameson, 69, Stockport rural, died at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 1975, at Van Buren County Memorial Hospital, Keosauqua, after a two-month illness.
She was born July 17, 1905, at Agency, the daughter of Samuel and Mary Etta Dorothy Harper. She married William O. Jameson, December 16, 1928, and the couple sent their married life in Van Buren County. He died December 4, 1974.
Surviving: A son, Frank, Keosauqua; eight daughters, Mrs. Joyce Stevens, Wichita Falls, Texas; Mrs. Joan Jerrel, Marietta, Georgia; Mrs. Jonnine Long, Lancaster, California; Mrs. Rose Jameson, Stockport; Mrs. Sharon Clark, Smyrna, Georgia; Nancy Jameson, Keosauqua; Mrs. Sandra Wheaton, Independence, Mo. and Mrs. Judith Warrington, Birmingham; 20 grandchildren; four brothers, Stanley, Jack, Dick and Bert Harper, all of New London; two sisters, Mrs. Dora Wiggart, New London, and Mrs. Marie Gillis, Mt. Pleasant.
Funeral was 2 p.m. Thursday, at Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua, Rev. Dan Mast; Purdom cemetery.
