HARRIET THERO MURPHY

Harriet Thero Murphy, born in Farmington, Iowa, June 28, 1912, died in Independence Medical Center Hospital, February 18.

She was the daughter of Harper and Alice Thero and was a resident of Farmington until 1933 when she moved to Kansas City, Missouri. In 1934 she was united in marriage with Patrick Murphy of Kansas City where they lived untiol moving to Independence, Missouri, two years ago.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, son Terry, and two grandchildren, all of Independence, and a sister Helen Francis of South St. Paul, Minnesota.

Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, Independence, by Carlson Funeral Home.
