HARVEY HARLESS HILEMAN

The funeral service for Harvey Harless Hileman, 71, of Primrose, was held Tuesday, August 20, at 2:00 p.m. in the United Methodist Church in Macksburg, Ia. Burial was in the Moon cemetery at Macksburg.

Mr. Hileman died unexpectedly at Needles, Calif., on August 14, while on an extended vacation trip throughout the Western States.

He was born June 9, 1903, at Iberia, Mo., the son of Isaac Newton and Eliza Jane Williams Hileman. He spent his youth in Kansas.

On July 9, 1960 he married Carrie M. Hileman.

Mr. Hileman resided at Wichita, Kansas, where he was employed as the head school custodian for a number of years. Upon retiring in 1965 he moved to Primrose.

He is survived by his wife Carrie, one son, Gene of Wichita, Kansas; three step sons, Harold Morris of Fairfield, Garold Hileman of Farmington, Wm. Hileman of Aledo, Ill.; five step-daugthers, Mona Johnson of Keokuk, Mrs. Waneta Kriegel of Tama, Mrs. Wm. (Cleta) Sanders, Macksburg, Mrs. Hubert (Eva) Fickel of Forrest City, Mrs. Lonnie (Elsie) Gray of Revere, Mo.; two sisters, Mrs. Homer (Nellie) Bonsall, Ulysses, Kansas, Mrs. Paul (Nettie) Rhiness, Satanta, Kansas; two grandchioldre, 27 step-grandchildren, and 22 step-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, one sister, two step-sons and one step-granddaughter.
