Mrs. Gertrude Harper

Relatives received word that Mrs. Gertrude Harper passed away at St. Helen's Hospital, Chehalis, Wash. after an extended illness.

Services were held April 3 in Washington.

Mr. and Mrs. Harper formerly lived in Van Buren County. They left Iowa in 1934 to make their home in Washington.

Word has been received in Keosauqua of the death last weekend of Mrs. Gertrude Perkins Harper in Washington state. Mrs. Harper was a cousin of Dr. C.R. Pedkins and Hollis Regur and a half-brother of Lloyd and George Skinner of Moline, Ill. Mrs. Hallie Barker is a step-sister.
