Georgiana Stafford, 87, of Oak Lawn, Ill., died Wednesday, Nov. 1st, at the Rochelle hospital, Rochelle, Ill.

She was born April 13, 1885, in Bonaparte, the daughter of George P. and Mary Ann Wolfe Lineaweaver.

She was married to John E. Stafford in 1905 at Bonaparte. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the O.E.S. and P.E.O. sisterhood at Bonaparte and the Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ at Oak Lawn, Ill.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Chester (Grace) Scott of Rochelle, Ill., and Mrs. Deo (Mary Ida) Chapman of Oak Lawn, Ill., six grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Presbyterian Church at Bonaparte, Rev. Edward Maus officiating. Burial was in the Bonaparte cemetery. Eastern Star services were held at the Carl Wilson Reposing Home in Bonaparte, Saturday evening. Miller-Hofbauer Funeral Home had charge of the services.
