Mrs. Myrtle Rodabaugh

Mrs. Myrtle Rodabaugh, 81, a resident of the Keokuk Manor nursing home, died at 2:50 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at Graham hospital, Keokuk. She had been seriously ill one week.

Mrs. Rodabaugh was born Oct. 24, 1890, in Stockport, the daughter of William and Minnie Maytree Younk. She was a long-time resident of the area.

Surviving are a son, Lawrence Rodabuaugh of Montrose; five grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Rodabaugh; a son, four brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 2 at Nieters Chapel, Ft. Madison, with the Rev. Willard Peterson officiating. Burial was in Oakland cemetery, Ft. Madison.
