Mrs. Ida Anderson

Services for Mrs. Ida Lane Anderson, 79, were held Sunday, Oct. 1 at 2:30 p.m. at the Stockport United Methodist Cemetery.

Mrs. Anderson died Tuesday, Sept. 26 in a Sacramento, Calif. nursing home. Most of her life was spent in Stockport. Last rites were conducted by the Rev. Kenneth Sutterlin. Burial was in Spencer Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson was born March 18, 1893, at Stockport, the daughter of Wilson and Anna Jacobs Lane. She was married to Clarence Anderson Dec. 22, 1910. He died Nov. 7, 1947.

She is survived by eight children: Paul, Verne and Mrs. Arthur Clemons, all of Sacramento; Mrs. Deo Blott, Houston, Pa.; Edward, Fort Madison; Clarence, Phoenix, Ariz.; Wayne, Wheaton, Ill.; and George, Ennis, Texas.

Also surviving are 22 grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three brothers, Dewey, A.J. and Frank Lane, all of Stockport. Two brothers are deceased.

Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Stockport United Methodist Church and WSCS.
