Mrs. Henry T. Holmes

Eva Elizabeth Wilson Holmes of Altadena, California, passes away Nov. 10, 1971. Born Dec. 26, 1900, a daughter of W.W. & Sarah Wilson, she was born near Macomb, Illinois. Survived by her husband Henry T. Holmes, son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Leonard W. Holmes, two grandchildren, Dawn E. and Steven W., five brothers, Carl, Scott, W.V. and Merle of Bonaparte, and Lester of Bloomfield, and one sister Fern Krewson of Bonaparte.

Preceded in death by her first husband, Harley L. Holmes in 1957 and a sister Blanche Pender.

She was a member of the Methodist Hospital Women's Auxiliary, Pasadena Historical Society, Pythian Sisters, and United First Methodist Church, Pasadena.

Services were held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 15, in the Chapel of Turner & Stevens Co. Pasadena. Rev. McGregor officiated. Interment was in Mountain View Cemetery, Altadena, Calif.

Carl and Merle Wilson of Bonaparte attended the services.
