James C. Davolt

James C. Davolt, 57, Prescott, Ariz., formerly of Fort Madison, died suddenly Friday, March 2, at Prescott.

Surviving are his wife, Lavana; four sons, James E. of Arizona, Steve of Florida and David and Darrell, both of Fort Madison; a daughter, Mrs. Rick (Judy) Berry, Fort Madison; Fort Madison; three brothers, Floyd of Mt. Sterling, Iowa, Harry of Argyle and John of Broughton, Ill.; five sisters, DeLoma Lafontaine, Waterloo, Ruth Freeman of California, and Laura Ewing, Evelyn Taylor and Deloris Watznauer, all of Fort Madison; and two grandchildren and nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. His parents were Harry and Anna Davolt.

Final rites are pending at the Hampton Funeral Home.
