Lillian Moore

CANTRIL - Lillian Moore, 99, of Cantril died Monday, Oct. 1, at the West Point Care Center.

Mrs. Moore was born Nov. 1884, in Cantril. She was a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Rebekah Lodge at Cantril and was a member of the United Methodist Church at Cantril.

In 1902 she was married to Albert Moore, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are a brother, Bruce Warner of Polk City, and two nieces who were raised by the Moores, Helen Gillett of Fort Madison and Josephine Wincell of Chipita Park, Colo.

Her parents were Charles and Mabel Warner.

The body is at the Priester Funeral Chapel in Milton where final rites will be at 10 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Charles Butler will officiate. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery at Cantril. A memorial is being established with the Methodist Church at Cantril.
