Mrs. Leonard (Beulah Downard) Lutz

Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Leonard (Beulah Downard) Lutz of San Bernardino, Calif., on Sept. 9, 1984 in Colton, Calif. Mrs. Lutz was born Oct. 21, 1897 in Eutis, Neb., and graduated from the Keosauqua High School. She married Roy Pell and lived in Marshalltown, and is a Past Department President of the American Legion Auxiliary, Department of Iowa.

She became know as "Billie" Pell during her many years of service to the Auxiliary.

After Mr. Pell's death she married Leonard Lutz and lived in San Bernardino, Calif.

Services were held on Sept. 12, 1984 at the Baubell Memorial Chapel and burial was at Mt. View Cemetery in San Bernardino, Calif.
