Mack Rufus Boley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Boley was born Nov. 12, 1906, and died Sept. 17, 1908 at the age of 1 year, 10 months, and 5 days. Little Mack had been almost a constant sufferer the past year but being possessed of a very pleasant disposition bore it all so patiently until God in His wisdom saw fit to release him from his suffering. He leaves to mourn a father, mother, three sisters and two brothers. The funeral sermon was preached by Rev. Mayo at the Hillsboro Baptist Church and a large crowd of sympathizing friends were present. The little body was laid to rest in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
