FRANK ROBERTS DIED TUESDAY NIGHT IN CALIF.

Frank Roberts, 91, brother of the late Dr. Ralph S. Roberts, died Tuesday night in San Diego, where he made his home. His nephew, Dr. Haven McClurg of Fairfield, has left for California where funeral arrangements are pending at this writing.
