Dorothy M. Byers, 102, Ottumwa, formerly of Douds, died April 28, 2017, at Hospice House, Ottumwa. A memorial service will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, May 20, 2017, First United Methodist Church, Ottumwa. She donated her body to University of Iowa Medical School. Cremation will follow the study. Interment of cremains will be in Leando Cemetery, Douds. Pedrick Funeral Home, Keosauqua is assisting with arrangements.
