ATTEND FUNERAL

Mr. and Mrs. Rex O. Vernon were in Delta Monday to attend funerals services for his sister, Mrs. Edna Rose Kendall of Delta, who died Friday at the Keokuk County Hospital at Sigourney, where she had been a patient since Dec. 13.

Her husband, Fred Kendall, preceded her in 1961.

Survivors include one daughter, two grandsons, four brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday in the Delta Christian church. Burial was in the Garrett Cemetery near Delta.
