JAMES R. GREER

James Robert Greer, 35, passed away Monday, Aug. 7, at the Jefferson County Home.

Mr. Greer was born Nov. 8, 1931 at Bonaparte, the son of Charles and Nellie Roe Greer.

He is survived by one brother, R.J. Greer, Winterset, and the following sisters, Mrs. Flossie Clark, Bonaparte; Mrs. Catherine Hull, DeKalb, Ill.; Mrs. Dolores Bell, Ainsworth; Mrs. Nellie Goff, Lockridge; Mrs. Inabell Skiens, Portsmouth, Ohio; Mrs. Rosie Johnson, Ottumwa, and Mrs. Mary Amlong, Iowa City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brother and two sisters.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 9 at 2 P.M. at the Glasgow Methodist church in charge of the Rev. Robert McElderry. Burial was in Glasgow cemetery.
