DONALD WHITE FORBES

Donald White Forbes was born at Kilbourne, Iowa on May 31, 1902, to Benjamin and Bessie E. Forbes, and passed away on November 26, 1965 at Green Mountain, Colorado. He was educated in the Keosauqua, Iowa Public Schools. Most of his life was spent in Iowa ... Fairfield, Bloomfield, Shell Rock, Ottumwa and Clinton, but in 1957 he moved to Colorado. At an early adult age he became associated until his death. He was a member of the Highlands Methodist church in Denver Colorado.

On November 20, 1926, he was married to Mabel Austin, who survives.

Also surviving are one daughter, Donna Collins, of Millbrook, New York; three brothers, Ray, of Baraboo, Wisconsin, Robert of Aurelia, Iowa, and Joe of Boulder, Colorado; two sisters, Mrs. Harley Kinney of Ottumwa, Iowa and Mrs. Esther Proctor of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa and three grandchildren.
