THOMAS H. DOROTHY

Funeral services for Thomas Harold Dorothy were held Saturday, Sept. 30, at 2:00 P.M. in Julian Chapel with Hoyt Cranfill officiating. Interment in Fort Sumner Cemetery.

He passed away suddenly Tuesday, Sept. 26 of a heart attack, he was at the hospital a short time.

The son of James and Louella Weaver Dorothy, born March 12, 1900, Stockport. He was in the farming business most of his life. He was married to Virginia Keller at Memphis, Mo., on Agust(August) 24, 1932. They moved to Ft. Sumner in 1958 and have lived there since this time. He was employed at the Pecos Valley Nursing Home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, one son, two grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia; their son, Kenneth and three sons from previous marriages, Harold of Rome, Iowa, and Cecil and Alton of Ft. Dodge; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; five brothers, Chester, Fairfield, Raymond, Mark, Floyd, Glen, a sister, Nellie Mahon, all of Stockport. Many nieces, nephews and friends.
