Brandon Robert Henry Huntington, age 31, died on May 7, 2017, at his home in Keosauqua, LA.

Brandon was born on December 13, 1985, in Mora, MN, to Carrie Armstrong and Wayne Richard Huntington. He graduated from Van Buren High School. Brandon married the love of his life, Kayla Clemenson on February 20, 2010, in Bonaparte, IA. On October 19, 2011, they welcomed their son, Malik Ivan, who was his pride and joy. Brandon and Malik spent many hours wrestling and playing.

Brandon was employed by Gemvision Corporation. He was a man of many projects and lots of tinkering. Some of his projects include working on his Jeep, building an airplane, and spending countless hours with his father-in-law Kevin building Kayla's dream home. He also enjoyed spending time with his brothers and many friends.

Brandon is survived by his wife Kayla Huntington, and son, Malik Ivan Huntington, both of Keosauqua. He is also survived by his brothers, Cody Corman, Keosauqua, Zachary Corman, Des Moines, IA, Brock Corman, Cedar Rapids, IA, and a sister, Miriah Huntington, Mora, MN, step-siblings: Jeremiah (Bethany) Smith and Jessica (Heath) Troupe; sister and brother-in-law, Randi and JC Shriver, and nephew, Max Shriver, Bonaparte, IA, parents Carrie Armstrong Vesik, San Antonio,TX, and Wayne (Gayle) Huntington, Mora, MN, mother and father-in-law, Wanda and Kevin Clemenson, Keosauqua. Brandon had a very special relationship with his grandfather, Wayne (Peggy) Huntington, and had countless friends and family who loved and adored him. To Brandon there were no Strangers.

Brandon was able to give the gift of life through organ donation and his remains have been cremated. A blessing will be held on Thursday, May 11 at 2:30 p.m. at River Valley Lodge and Campground, 29080 Hawk Drive, Farmington, IA, with a Celebration of Life to follow.
