COMMITS SUICIDE

John Schlarbaum, of Drakesville, Davis county, committed suicide Wednesday of last week by shooting himself with a rifle. Members of the family were not at home at the time, but upon returning found him. He was immediately taken to the hospital at Ottumwa where he passed away. Poor health is given by the family as the cause of the act.
