ALLIE M. HOOPER

Allie M. Hooper was born in the Harrisburg community near Bonaparte, Iowa, Oct. 10, 1876, and died at the home of her daughter, Florence in the Miller's Chapel community, northeast of of Mt. Zion, Iowa, Monday at 4 a.m. July 21, 1947, aged 70 years, 9 months and 11 days.

Her husband, George Hooper, passed away June 13, 1934. She is survived by two sons, Ralph and Rex of near Bentonsport, Mrs. Florence Gurling, near Millers Chapel, and Mrs. Goldie Hammen of Fairfield, Iowa. Also, three brothers and four sisters in Washington state.

She has lived in this same community her entire life. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors lodge.

Funeral services were held at the Utica church Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial in Bentonsport cemetery.
