FRANKLIN P. STOKESBERRY

Franiklin Palmer Stokesberry, 64, died at the Davis county hospital Aug. 18 following an extended illness.

Services were held at the Wagler funeral home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock conducted by Rev. Ray W. Pierson of Milton. Burial was in the Inskeep cemetery.

Stokesberry, a life time resident of Davis county, was employed by the county highway department for many years.

Survivors in addition to his wife, Hulda, include five daughters, Mrs. Wanda Dabney of Bloomfield Mrs. Agnes Vinton of Guthrie Center, Mrs. Roy Lunsford of Milton, Mrs. Wayne Vanderlinden of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mrs. Harold Dodston of Ottumwa, four sons, Clark and Richard of Milton, Donald of Ottumwa and Harold of Phoenix, Ariz.; one sister, Mrs. Nora McVey of Milton; two brothers, Herman of Dichy, Mo. and George of Bloomfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, three daughters, a son, a sister and four brothers.
