ROGERS, HUGHES, OLIVER

T.W. ROGERS

T.W. (Dode) Rogers, 75, died Thursday at his home in Eldon after an illness of about three years. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Campbell funeral home in Eldon.

He was born in Davis county Aug. 7, 1889, a son of James G. and Rachel Rogers. Most of his life was spent in Davis county near Selma.

In 1901 he was united in marriage with Winifred Hughes, who died in 1916. Two children were born to this union, V.H. Rogers of Waterloo, Ia., and Mrs. Florence Oliver of Selma.

In 1917, he married Miss Nora Oliver. She, the son and daughter and nine grandchildren survive.

He was a member of the Bethlehem Christian church and of the Odd Fellows lodge.
