-Mrs. Frances Carrell, 53, wife of Dale E. Carrell, publisher of the Keokuk Gate City, died Feb. 2 at a Keokuk hospital. Surviving are her husband, one son, Dale E. Carrell, Jr., her mother, Mrs. Gertrude Hoff of Keokuk and a grandson, Douglas Carrell.
