Mrs. Cubberley.

Mrs. Jesse Cubberley, whose illness was mentioned last week, died Tuesday at 12:45 p.m. Her maiden name was Lydia White Lewis, and she was born at Watertown, Ohio, Nov. 6, 1816, being past 86 years old. She was married to Jessie Cubberley Sept. 24, 1846, and they came to Keosauqua in August 1849. The following year she united with the Congregational church. She is survived by her husband and two sons, Edward of Keosauqua and James of the state of Washington. The funeral will be held at the home this afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. C.E. Perkins officiating.
