ALMA FRANK MARKS

Mrs. Alma Frank Marks passed away Friday, Feb. 14, at the home of her sister, Mrs. Lottie Scott, in Farmington. She had submitted to a major operation in an Iowa City hospital recently and was brought to her sister's home on Tuesday preceding her death. Her age was 58 years, 1 month and 9 days.

Alma B. Frank was born Jan. 5, 1883, at Charleston, Lee county, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Nannie Hassman Frank. She was employed in Chicago for a number of years and about nine months ago came to Farmington to make her home.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon in Farmington Methodist church with Rev. J.S. Ellis officiating. Interment was in Farmington cemetery.

George Frank of Pueble, Colo., arrived Saturday attend the funeral of his sister, Mrs. Alma Marks. Mrs. Marks' sister, Mrs. George Jenkins, and husband of West Des Moines, also came the same day for the funeral.
