SELMA - Opal May Roberts, 54, of Selma, died at Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield today at 6:10 a.m.

Daughter of Ed and Martha Bird Spraker Cassatt, born Oct. 24, 1911, in Van Buren County, Married Vernette Earl Roberts Nov. 16, 1928.

Survivors include: widower; five sons, Venus of Blockton, George of Donnellson, Arlo and Rex of Troy, Jack with the U.S. Air Force in Browns Mills, N.J.; one daughter, Mrs. Karen Miller of Pulaski; 14 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; four brothers, Harold of Milton, Verne of Moulton, Ross of Bloomfield, Joe of Davenport; three sisters, Helen Simmons of Ottumwa, Bertha Kent and Phylliss Davis, both of Milton.

Services Sunday, at Wellborn Funeral Home in Milton, 2 p.m., with the Rev. Dannie Camp officiating. Burial in Troy Cemetery.
