Ruby Doneen Coffin, 63, of Stockport, died at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

Arrangements are pending at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua.

'Ruby' Doneen Coffin, 62, of Stockport died Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

A funeral is at 10 a.m. Saturday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Larry Shipley officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date in Spencer Cemetery in Stockport.

Visitation opens at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with family present from 5-7 p.m.

Gifts to a memorial to be designated later by the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at PO Box 137, Stockport 52651.

Mrs. Coffin was born Sept. 2, 1951, in Leon, the daughter of Kenneth W. and Donna J. Snyder Carrico. She married Gary L. Coffin Aug. 3, 1984. He died Sept. 1, 2011.

She lived most of her life in the Stockport area.

She graduated from Van Buren High School.

She worked at Casey's General Store in Fairfield as manager.

Survivors include one son, Philip Ward and spouse Carol of Berthund, Colo.; two daugthers, Jennifer Holthus of Stockport and Daylyn Krochak and spouse Phillip of Brighton; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Joan Perry of Carlisle.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Darla Smelser; and two brothers, Joel and Kenneth Carrico.
