Death of Bethel Campbell

Early Monday morning of this week Bethel Campbell, who came to Van Buren county in 1840 and has since resided on a farm near Mt. Zion, died of pneumonia following a brief illness. He was a highly respected citizen and is survived by his wife and three children. His age was 78 years, 10 months and 11 days. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at, 2 o'clock, the burial being in the Forbes cemetery.
