Sarah Lisle Miller.

Sarah Elizabeth Lisle, was born in Davis Co., Iowa, July 22, 1851, and died in Bonaparte, Iowa, July 18th, 1911, being 59 yrs. 11 mo. and 18 days old.

She was married to John Barnett about the year 1870. To this union was born one child who died in infancy. They made their home in Bentonsport. She was converted and united with the M.E. church at that place.

Mr. Barnett died Jan. 17, 1892. She was married again to Mr. Wm. Henry Miller and they lived on a farm north of Bonaparte. Mr. Miller died April 10th, 1907. Since his death she has made her home in Bentonsport, until a few days ago she moved to Bonaparte. She leaves to mourn their loss two brothers, Geo. W. Lisle of near Bonaparte, and John Lisle of Keokuk, Iowa; and two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Simmons of Morarity, New Mexico, and Mrs. Mary Norris of Berdette, Kansas.

Rev. M.T. Brandyberry officiated at the funeral which was held at Bentonsport, and the remains were placed in the Bentonsport cemetery.
