Frank Brown

Frank Brown, the son of Lloyd and Elizabeth Brown, was born February 7, 1858, at Leando, Van Buren county, Iowa. He departed this life March 20, 1934.

On November 22nd, 1880, he was united in marriage to Mary Olive Brown. To this union six children were born, Charley, Meckling, S.Dak., Mrs. Ona Lagle, Selma, Mrs. Estelle Lagle, Moravia, Ia., Hollis and Harold, Selma; one son, Roscoe, preceding him in death; also two sisters. He also leaves twenty-one grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, two half-sisters, Mrs. Emma Loomis, Douds, Iowa, Mrs. Lucy Brassfield, Eloise Brown, one half-brother, Eddie Brown, Leando, Iowa.

He confessed his faith in Christ at the Free Methodist church at Bethel.

He lived his entire married life, except six years, on the farm where he died.

He was a kind husband and a loving father.
