MRS. SPRAKER DIES IN MILTON FOLLOWING A LINGERING ILLNESS

Mrs. Martha Spraker 86, died at the home of Mrs. John Atkins in Milton, Friday July 3, after a lingering illness. Her entire life had been spent in this vicinity, first living north of town, but for the past 40 or more years her home had been in Milton. She was a lady who was widely known by the people of the community. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Ed Casat, of Milton, one son Ed Spraker, of Cedar Rapids, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her husband and two daughters preceded her in death.

The funeral was from her home in Milton Sunay [sic] afternoon conducted by Rev. E. S. Hehner, of the Methodist church. Interment in the Oak Point cemetery northeast of Milton.
