Clay Ketchum Falls Dead
Bonaparte Farmer Dies While Gathering Corn; Funeral to Be at Sharon Church Friday.
Clay Ketchum, Bonaparte farmer, died of a sudden attack of heart disease while gathering corn at his farm Tuesday. A doctor was called when Mr. Ketchum collapsed, but it is thought death followed immediately after he was stricken.
Mr. Ketchum, who was 63 years old, is survived by his wife and tow brothers, Frank and George.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Sharon church in charge of the Rev. C.M. McMicon. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 o'clock until the time of the final rites. Burial will be at the Sharon cemetery.
