Freeman E. Bell, 79, Succumbs at Cantril
Surviving Are Wife, Daughter, 3 Sons; Funeral to Be at Mt. Sterling Wednesday Afternoon.
Freeman E. Bell died about 6:30 o'clock Sunday evening at his home in the north part of Cantril after a brief illness. He was 79 years old and had moved to Cantril from a farm near Mt. Sterling only a few weeks ago.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Ruth, who teaches at Strawberry Point, and three sons, Eugene of Boston, Mass., Gibert of Farmington and Ralph of Fairfield.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Jay Waterman of Cantril at Mt. Sterling at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Burial will be at Mt. Sterling.
