-Sheriff D.C. Pettitt, who buried his wife at Birmingham a couple of weeks ago, has moved with his adopted daughter to Keosauqua where they will make their home, and will board with deputy sheriff J.K. Matheson and his wife. Mr. Pettitt has a host of friends here and all are glad to have him and his daughter residents of our place.
