--The funeral of Mrs. Wm. McBeth occurred Tuesday at 2 in the afternoon, from her late residence. Her death took place Sunday evening. Mr. Perkins delivered the funeral address, and was assisted in the services by Rev. C.L. Tennant, of Fremont, formerly pastor of the Methodist church of this place, and by Rev. Mr. Patterson. The order of the Eastern Star acted as escort to the cemetery. Music was furnished by a choir composed of Mesdames Addie Duckworth and Mary B. Miller, Messrs. C.K. Miller, and Craig Fleming. A biographical notice appears elsewhere in this paper.
